Human Hair Test: 3 Ways to Test the Quality of Your Human Hair Wig or Bundles

I know like you know...there have been too many times where we have paid wayyyy too much money on so-called human hair wigs or human hair bundles and once you get them home...you are like, what in the hell??  The hair doesn't look like any of the pictures.  I feels rough and tough like synthetic hair, and it is shedding before your install.

I am going to share with you 3 tests you can do to your human hair products to make sure you got what you paid for you and you didn’t get bamboozled.

1.  The Fire Test.  Just cut a few strands of hair from your wig or bundles and light it up.  If the hair clumps up and melts together.  Sorry boo boo.  It is not 100% Human Hair.  Human hair will turn in to powder and break down.

BTW:  We test all of our hair like this before we ship it out.

2.  Get it Wet.  For your bundles put a bundle in water and let air dry.  If your hair is matted, tangled, or hard, this is not 100% Human Hair.  For your wig, wet the back of the wig and let it air dry.  If it can be combed, still soft, and moves with the wind.  It is 100% human hair.

3.  Apply Heat.  Test your wig or bundles by flat ironing, curling, or blow-drying it.  If it melts, sticks together, or is hard after heat, get yo’ money back, because it is either synthetic or synthetic mix.
